In 2015, we were interested in moving from St. Albert to Spruce Grove. Janet and I initially were looking at purchasing a home. After looking at several homes over a two month period, we were unable to find a suitable house to meet our needs. We thought it would be prudent to at least consider having a home built. We happened to drop into a Rococo show home in north west Spruce Grove. We met with Nicole and later on that week had a sit down with Rick. We were interested in having a bungalow built on the Links Golf Course. Rococo was extremely helpful and after a number of visits, we came to an understanding. With Rick’s assistance, we managed to come up with a design that would meet all of our needs. They were very easy to work with throughout the entire process and made a number of concessions on our behalf with respect to structural changes to the house. The quality and finish throughout the house is clearly superior to that of other builders we have visited.

This is our 2nd new build, our first build with Rococo. The entire Rococo team went above and beyond for us …. even after we took possession. We couldn’t ask for more knowledgeable, friendly, informative and patient people than Nicole, Ally, Krista, and Rick; all of whom we dealt with directly. The trades were extremely patient in changing things for us. I would never build, or buy, from anyone other than Rococo in the future. Four years ago we purchased a Cameron model Rococo Home in Spruce Grove and could not be any happier with the build. Not only does it have some gorgeous features like our floor to ceiling rock wall fireplace, huge kitchen and spacious floor plan, you can tell this home was built to last. The details in every aspect of the home were attended to; right down to baseboards and accessories. We have purchased and sold several homes over the past ten years as investors, and this is the first property we actually will call “home”. Outside our home, the Rococo “team” has never been more supportive and responsive to any needs we have ever had. When searching for a builder to build what is hopefully going to be our final home, we needed to find a home builder who could take care of the land purchase and services. It was key to our situation. Of course, with the economy, we were on a very tight budget and needed to find a builder who both did high quality work at a price we could afford. We actually didn’t think that an acreage was in the cards for our family because I was always of the opinion we could not afford to build and acreage on a piece of land. However, our search was over once we found Rococo. From the very beginning the paperwork process was very straightforward, open and honest. Any changes we wanted to make, was no issue even throughout the build process – even days before the work was to occur. Meeting the owner Rick very early in the process, I instantly felt like he was more of a friend than the owner of the company who was building our dreamhome. And any changes we did make, we were shocked how affordable they were. Our past experience with another builder was if you changed something, you paid a fortune. Not the case with Rococo – “You pay what we pay” – is 100% the truth.

Throughout the build, they were very accommodating to allowing us a more hands on experience. Their site super Taylor was a great guy who we met with numerous times to review things – and we do consider him a friend too – more than just the guy who oversaw our build. The finished product was outstanding – highly detailed, quality finishing. And the home was cleaned incredibly well – ready to be lived in right from the turn of the key. We know that by choosing the right builder in Rococo, we have been built our dreamhome and it will last us a lifetime. Quality not quantity is so true with Rococo. Solid work – job well done.

After move in, as with any builder, there has been the odd issue – but Rococo did their best to get us the service we needed when we needed it. If this was not our last home we build, which I sure hope it is because we live in paradise, I would not hesitate but to contact Rick and the Rococo team again!
